Woman pays two plane seats everytime she flies !! She decides to lose weight and transformation is unbelievable !!!?

"Amber Rose always pays for two seats whenever she goes for a holiday"  Her weight also resulted to humiliating comments. Since then she worked hard to be fit and healthy. You’ll be surprised how she looked now.

She buys two plane tickets every time she went on a holiday. She needed seat-belt extender to fit over her bulging stomach which was very uncomfortable. At size 28 and weighing 25 stone (159 kg), a stranger presumed Amber Rose, aged 24 years old, was pregnant.

Amber would snack on Maltesers all day and at least three takeaways a week. She was a member of her school’s netball team so she had been active when she was still in school. Despite this, she became a ‘secret eater’, gorging on carbs and fatty foods that playing sports did not keep her fit.

One day, she came across a picture of herself uploaded by a friend on Facebook. Amber looked at herself standing at a buffet table. She found she did not like what she saw and that inspired her to do something about her weight. She began dieting but felt humiliated when a stranger asked how far she is on her pregnancy. Since then, she took only low calorie healthy meals and do light exercise. Amber became a gym junkie and lose 13 stone. She attended weekly weigh-ins to monitor her progress. 

With her weightloss came excess skin around her stomach. Luckily, she looked forward to that day and managed to put aside money for tummy tuck.
